Peeps and Tech utilizes a disciplined methodology, much like the traditional IT project life cycle, to match peeps and tech gigs. Great Peeps. Great Gigs. One size fits all, right? Not quite. The PAT philosophy is all about fit. Each candidate defines a great gig differently. Each client defines a great peep differently. PAT elicits and gathers those uniquely defined great requirements in order to successfully match great peeps with great gigs.
